If you need to change or cancel your booking, the easiest way is to login to your booking administration. If you do not know your login details, follow the link for a forgotten password. You might also email us or give us a call.
Once you have completed the booking, you will be redirected to your profile to download a PDF confirmation or edit/pay for your booking. At the same time, an email confirmation is sent to your email, and the confirmation status is shown on the screen. If you did not receive a confirmation email, checking your spam folder to see if it’s in there is also good. Otherwise, you might give us your incorrect email address when you booked. If so, contact us; we’d gladly check your booking.
We count infants and children as part of your party. Under Czech law, children must be seated in appropriate child seats during standard transfers, which we provide free of charge. Please include the number of children in your party on your booking form so we can prepare accordingly. While taxis, including our transport service, are exempt from this requirement, we highly recommend using a child seat for safety.
Once you arrive, we will send you the driver's contacts, and the driver might also send you a message. Drivers usually wait up to a maximum of sixty minutes from your arrival time. If you need more time, you might add extra waiting when making a booking.
Your driver will be kept aware of your flight's arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive—all at no extra charge.
Suppose you are staying in a holiday or service apartment and must pick up keys at the rental office/booking agency before heading to your apartment. In that case, there is no extra charge (if both addresses are in the city centre). Please note that we charge an additional fee for that stop.
When you book your airport transfer, you'll provide us with your flight's scheduled arrival time. From here, we track your flight in "real time" so that whether your plane is on time, early, or late, we know your flight status and will meet you based on your arrival time. We also factor in that you'll need to collect your belongings at the baggage reclaim belt. The driver will be at the arrival lobby about 5 to 15 minutes after your arrival. If you need the driver to be at the airport at the exact time, uncheck Track my flight during booking.
If you miss your connecting flight, please let us know. We will adjust your booking without any additional charges. You can reach us via email or phone. Your financial peace of mind is our priority.
If you need a special transport service such as a car with a baby chair, extra space for a pushchair, or travelling with disabled passengers, please note this when you make your booking. We are committed to accommodating a wide range of needs.
When you arrive at the Prague Airport or bus/station, our driver holds a visible orange card with our company logo and your lead passenger's name printed on it. Click here for more information and photos.
We operate our Prague transport services 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year, including all public holidays.
The journey from Prague airport to the city centre usually takes around 25 minutes by car and up to 40 minutes if heavy traffic exists.
We generally recommend a pickup time for your Prague airport transfer service of around two and a half hours before your flight departure for non-EU flights and two hours before EU flights depart. For shared shuttles or shuttle buses, we strongly advise that you book your pickup time at least three hours before flight departure time. Ultimately, though, you can decide your own departure time.
We don't charge for extra large luggage, but we would appreciate being informed in advance so we can arrange a larger car if necessary.
Yes, besides Prague airport transfers, we also provide transport to and from any Prague train/bus station and taxi services within Prague. We can also arrange a transfer from Prague City or Airport to any location you might wish to go to on demand.
Prague Airport Transfers s.r.o. and its suppliers have full public liability insurance for accidents. However, we recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip.
All our vehicles are non-smoking.
You can cancel your booking at any time. If you are entitled, and your booking was prepaid, your refund is automatically issued back to the card used for payment. Generally, for all bookings originating in Prague not provided by limousines, a refund is always granted if you cancel at least 2 hours before your pickup. For exact details, please check our terms and conditions.
Our system lets you make a Prague transport reservation as far as 365 days before your travel date.
If you are carrying a dog, please note that the dog must be placed in a dog crate. Otherwise, we might not be able to accommodate your transport. There are no extra charges for such transport, but we might need to use a large vehicle depending on your dog's size.
We do not offer specially outfitted vehicles to accommodate wheelchair users, as our cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts. But if you are able to use an ordinary car, our chauffeurs will gladly assist you. Otherwise you might contact the local airport authority for assistance.
FAQs - Payments
Yes, whether you pay directly to the driver or online, you will receive a receipt/invoice via email once you have paid. You might also download invoices from your booking administration.
For most bookings, you can either pay in advance or pay when you’re dropped off at your hotel. If you’re paying in advance online, our driver will be informed by our system, and there’s nothing more you need to do. If you’re paying by cash or credit card on arrival, you’ll pay the total amount when you arrive at your destination.
While we do accept payment in a variety of currencies, including pounds sterling (GBP), US Dollars, Euros, and others selectable during the booking process, it's important to note that if you pay in cash in a currency other than the local CZK, the price may vary slightly based on the current exchange rate.
Prices for all our services are quoted per vehicle and not per person, except for our shared shuttle services, which depend on the number of people in your party.
If you pay directly to the driver, pay the total amount once you arrive at your hotel and for each trip separately.
If you are happy with the service you receive, it's customary to tip your driver between 5% and 15% of your total charge. Tipping is entirely at your discretion, but your driver will appreciate even a tiny tip. You can also add tips during the booking.
If your party goes to multiple hotels, there may be an additional charge for each drop-off per booking. Consider adding an extra stop from extras/additional services during the booking.
The airport parking fee is included in the price. If you expect longer waiting, please make a note for the booking.
Yes, but only for routes originating in Prague or Prague Airport, excluding luxury vehicles and buses. Drivers accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Alternatively, you can pay in advance via our website using your credit or debit card.
Yes. In the rare case that we can not supply you with the Prague transport service we promised, we will refund you in full. If no driver is waiting for you at the airport once you arrive, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to find out why and get an alternative driver to you immediately.
FAQs - VIP Limousines
The price for airport transfers is similar to the hourly rental rate. This is because our minimum rental is 1 hour, and all airport transfers take less than 1 hour. But even though the airport transfer takes less time than a 1-hour rental, for an airport transfer, the driver has to wait for you to clear customs or immigration and collect your bags, and we do not know precisely how long he might need to wait. For these reasons, in most cases, the driver spends much more time for an airport transfer than with an ordinary one-hour rental. However, on most occasions, there's no problem with having a small sightseeing ride in the city centre before going to the hotel from the airport. However, you do have to notify us of this before making the booking. Otherwise, our driver will take you straight to the hotel.
Most limousines must be prepaid at least 24 hours before the pickup date. If the booking includes extra items like a lap dancer, advance payment is always required. Click here to see accepted payment methods.
Unfortunately, we do not allow the consumption of your own brought drinks. We can arrange beverages according to your wishes.
Some hotels or locations, mainly in the historic centre, are inaccessible by long-stretched limousines. In that case, we advise about the nearest pickup point or suggest another alternative./p>
FAQs - Shared Shuttle
Pickup time for the shuttle from/to Prague Airport should be ordered at least 2 hours in advance, but we recommend about 3 hours before your flight departure time.
The shuttle fare is valid for most hotels and addresses in Prague Centre, while only private transfers are provided outside the area covered. To check if a shuttle is provided for a particular hotel or address, check our online booking, and if the shuttle option appears, the area is covered by shuttle transport. Should you book via email or over the phone, if your transportation order falls outside of this area, we will notify you of this fact in the confirmation email and advise you of the private transfer option.
We cannot guarantee an exact time. The maximum waiting time for transportation from the airport to the centre of Prague is 30 minutes as the shuttle leaves at intervals of 30 minutes, and transfer time may take up to one hour. Regarding transportation to the airport, we guarantee a pick-up time in the range of +/- 20 minutes and a maximum transfer time of one hour.
