Dear Sir I would like to compliment your company on the service your company/staff have given to my wife and I on our current visit to Prague. Firstly a very special thank you to Jerry (Jarda) your driver who collected us from Prague airport on Wednesday 2nd September. After meeting us Jerrys suspicions about the "location" of our hotel were confirmed. I had booked the hotel on the internet, and not knowing anything about Prague or the Czech Republic thought it was in an area of Prague. A locator on Google seemed to confirm my belief. Jerry beleived our choice of hotel was miles away. Jerry immediately got onto the booked hotel, and they confirmed it was where Jerry thought it was - miles away. On our instruction Jerry cancelled this hotel reservation. Jerry then contacted what was our second choice hotel which fortunately could accomodate us. Jerry took us to this hotel and stayed with us till our reservation was sorted. The service and the manner in which Jerry assisted us was well above expectations and beyond the call of duty - I felt you should be aware of this. NB. In light of the hotel change please note we should be collected from U Pava, U Luzickeho seminare 32, at 1800 on Monday 7th September for our return transfer to Prague airport. Jerry hopefully should have already notified your company of this change. Secondly we took your free tour of Prague. Again I would like to compliment Phillip, the guide, on the way he conducted the tour and delivered his talks. His commentary was entertaining, clear and fluent. His knowledge of the citys history and its various areas was very good. He also, from his presentation, seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. Finally we also booked the Dinner River Cruise through you and again this was an enjoyable relaxing evening. I feel people are too often quick to criticise and complain however I beleive a job well done should also be recognized. I just returned to my home in Rome after spending a lovely two days in your beautiful city. While my thoughts are still fresh, I want to compliment you and the exceptional service you offer to guests visiting Prague. We booked a return-trip car transfer from Prague airport to our city hotel and back again. Due to our late night arrival on Sunday, 16 August, it was a great relief to find your driver (whose name I unfortunately do not recall) expecting us in the airport arrivals hall. He was helpful, courteous and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable and the driver was thoughtful and careful. Upon arrival at our hotel, he gave us a very nice and useful map, a voucher for our return transfer to the airport and a voucher for the walking tour you offer free of charge to guests who book your car service. We joined the walking tour at 11am on Monday, 17 August. I don't remember our guide's name, but she was a lovely, friendly, very well informed and prepared young woman. We saw so many things and learned so much about the long and vibrant history of Prague. Our guide shared with us her own personal experiences and those of her family with respect to the recent history of the Czech Republic and of the city of Prague. That made the tour even more interesting and familiar. The transfer itself is reasonably priced and a great service. Add to that the walking tour, and the service you offer can only be considered exceptional. Please extend my compliments and very best regards to the Driver and the Guide. Dear Sirs, Just a note to thank your company for very efficient and comfortable service last week in collecting me from the airport in Prague and returning me a few days later. Nice car, and a very helpful driver. But also a big thank you to the telephonist on your 24 hour service number in Prague (777-777-237) who helped to restore my mobile phone to me after I had lost it in Prague Castle. Someone had picked it up and handed it in to the police. The phone happened to have your telephone number in its memory, the only call I had made with the phone in Prague and the police then called up your telephonist using my phone: she was able, from her records to identify the phone number as belonging to me, and she also could find out from her records which hotel I was in. She then phoned my hotel to leave a message that my phone had been found. When I contacted her, she gave me careful directions as to how to retrieve the phone, which I then did, successfully. So I was spared the enormous problems that can occur when you loose your mobile! What fantastic care and service. A Big thank you to her, and my best wishes. Keep up the good work! We have just returned from a trip to Prague. May I say how professional your company is. Courteous, polite, clean vehicles, smart intelligent drivers, excellent time keeping and value for money. In the UK I own a private taxi company and reputation is the main selling point. My wife and daughter went on the guided tour on Tuesday 23/12/08 at 11.00 o'clock, the guide was named Philip. A student at the local University studying Chinese. They came back with nothing but praise for the tour and for the way Philip explained the history of Prague. We would like to send a small gift of thanks. How can we do this? My only cause for concern is the 'Dinner on the River'. The food :- mediocre. The drinks :- over priced (wine in England £1.80 - charged the equivalent of £18.00 on the boat). The boat did not cruse it went ten minuets then floated, turned around, went ten minuets, then floated. Not what I had expected. When I paid for the drinks I had to ask for my change (200CZK). The waiter was most put out. All in all you have a beautiful city with beautiful people I hope your business prospers. I look forward to hearing from you. Libor, Myself and the other 8 people that booked transport with you recently 18 September and 20 September. Wish to thank you we had a . paul also was first class servuice-George was prompltly waiting for us with the flowers and balloon. Paul was also very helpful. The driver on the return journey was also very helpful. I would not hesitate to book Prague airport transfers for future trips to Prague and to reccomend tyou to family and friends.
