Hello I'm contacting you to say thank you and congratulate you for the excellent service Mrs Carol Blair and I (Terry Osborne), received recently. The airport transfers were polite and friendly and the City Tour superb. In particular I would like to commend the fantastic commentary and city introduction which tour guide DANA gave us. She taught us much about your beautiful city, coped so well with our incessant questions and impressed us greatly as an individual. As an ambassador for the Czech people you couldn't have done better. We salute the Czech Republic as you go through the traumas of a transition from Communism to Capitalism. Its hard. Capitalism has warts! But it does at least respect human beings. We were greatly moved by the pain you suffered for 40 years between 1949 and 1989. We lament and apologise for British political weakness over the Munich Agreement. Neville Chamberlain paid the price when Winston Churchill replaced him in May 1940. Economic growth may be small and painful right now, but all growth hurts and you are at least growing, celebrate any progress towards freedom. Freedom is, to us, very precious, but it has a price. One of our celebrated former statesmen Winston Churchill said: "Democracy is the worst political system in the world, except for all the rest". Recently used your shuttle service on visit to Prague (End Oct / Beg Nov) and we have nothing but praise for your company. It is always a worry travelling to a country you don't know but we need'nt have worried. Your driver was there waiting for us with his orange card as you show in your advertising. The journey to the hotel was excellent and comfortable. We paid for both ways in CK on the journey to the hotel, therefore not having to worry about paying on the return journey. Positively value for money. The driver was waiting for us at the airport, even though our flight didn’t arrive until just near midnight. I wanted to send your company a "thank you" for the superb service that we were given on 22 and 23 May. We arrived at the airport in Prague two hours late because our flight was initially turned around for a sick passenger. However, when we arrived, you driver, was present and waiting in the lobby of the airport. What a relief that was to have the driver there after we arrived late. Not only did he take us straight to the Prague Castle, but he drove us in so close that we were only a few meters away from the entrance.
