Arriving at the Main Train Station (Hlavní Nádraží)
Once you arrive at the Main Train Station, you will see our driver waiting at the train station hall, just next to the Burger King restaurant, and holding a card with our company logo and your name printed on it (once you get from the platform to the arrival hall you will have to pass Burger King; it is very easy to find).
In the unlikely event if you can't see our driver or you experience other problems you can either ask other drivers holding our comapny logo or call our toll free help line for assistance.

If you arrive at the Holesovice Train Station, our driver will wait at the train station platform (the one your train arrives at), again holding a card with our company logo and your name printed on it.
